CHEESE BLINTZES WITH CHERRY SAUCE

πŸ₯žπŸ₯žPancake day is soon upon us and I felt duty-bound to include a pancake recipe on the blog. Blintzes are basically Jewish  crepes  filled with cheese and served dusted with icing sugar (although fillings may vary from sweet to savoury). They are delicious and quite filling – a great brunch or dessert option. Note that you only cook them on one side and you fill them cooked side  in. pancakes comes from pretty everywhere  The Blintz in particular is thought to have originated in Central Europe, around Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. This recipe shows you how to make delicious Blintzes.      Prep Time: 15 Min Cook Time: 25 Min Ready in: 40 Min INGREDIENTS : For the Batter  240g Plain White Flour. 240ml Sparkling Water 2 Large Free Range Egg (Beaten) 50g Unsalted Butter (Melted) Pinch Salt 50ml Boiling Water 50g Unsalted Butter (Cubed) 20g Icing Sugar ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon For the Filling πŸ₯ž 250g Ricotta 250g  Cream Cheese (you can use Cottage Cheese

Breakfast in a Glass | Healthy breakfast smoothie

Just a spoonful or so of oatmeal gives substance to this Tangy,invigorating drink,providing slow-release carbohydrates to balance the fruit.

It takes five minutes to make when you want a quick breakfast to go!

Make 1 large Glass :

🍌30 ml / 2 tbsp medium oatmeal.
🍌150 g/5 oz/ scant 1 cup raspberries.
🍌150 g/5 oz/ scant 1 cup strawberries.
🍌1 tbsp Honey /brown sugar.
🍌1 tbsp Almond Flakes.
🍌1  or half banana.
🍌45 ml/ tbsp natural (plain) yogurt.


Preparation :

πŸ“ Put the oats and almond flakes in a blender and add all but save two or three of the raspberries and strawberries and banana  for topping, Honey and about 30 ml/2 tbsp of the yogurt.Blend until smooth,scrapping down the side of the blender if necessary.





























πŸ“ Pour the raspberry and oatmeal smoothie into a large glass,swirl in the remaining yogurt and top with the reserved raspberries and strawberries


πŸ“ You can decorated the smoothie with one dates chopped and chopped Almonds.
