πŸ₯žπŸ₯žPancake day is soon upon us and I felt duty-bound to include a pancake recipe on the blog. Blintzes are basically Jewish  crepes  filled with cheese and served dusted with icing sugar (although fillings may vary from sweet to savoury). They are delicious and quite filling – a great brunch or dessert option. Cooking Tips for oil less and calorie saving


By following a few simple cooking rules, you can cut tons of calories and reduce the amount of fat you eat without  sacrificing its taste, by using less fat and oil will help you lose the weight again that much faster. This ideas are being followed by me,my family, friends and relatives



1. Use your oil in small amount :
using less oil/ fat can helps in achieving the desired taste. More fat doesn’t mean bigger flavor.
2. Use Proper Pan :
Use non-stick pans and stainless steel or ceramic pans. These help in preparing amazing meals without all the fat and oil.
3. More onions & Herbs avoid Fats :
Use less fat and oil in your cooking and more onions, garlic or herbs to give your food flavor.
4. Use an oil sprayer :
This way less oil will make it in the pan and onto your plate.
5. Cook fish :
Two to three servings of regional fish per week can really improve your cholesterol levels. When prepared with little fat or oil, you will get all the vitamins and proteins. its better to switch into oven cooking/grill for oil fry..
6. Measure with a teaspoon :
Always use a teaspoon to measure fat and oil. You can control the amount better this way and you will know how much oil had been taken in a day.
7.Eat skinless poultry :
By removing the skin from chicken, or duck, you can save a lot of calories and fat.

8. Just change the recipe :

To reduce calories, use brown sugar instead of white sugar , eat fat-less meat ( eg: chicken breast piece) and Use olive oil for cooking when appropriate. It adds to the taste of the dish and is better for you.

When cooking a dish with both vegetables and meat , reduce the amount of meat by 1/3 and increase the amount  of vegetables by 1/3. You feel the difference.
